At the El Segundo Athletic Club we care about you, your good health, and happiness. Located on Main St. in El Segundo, our goal is to give you a workout experience that brings you the results you seek in an environment you appreciate and enjoy. We offer personal training, nutrition counseling, group classes, cardio and weight-training equipment, free weights, and most importantly, a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
We believe that as our members grow stronger, our community is made stronger. We encourage each other and our members to continually reach for new heights, believing that anything is possible. Whether in a personal training session, group fitness class, or out on the gym floor, our staff is here to offer advice, support, and a helping hand.

MEET OUR PERSONAL TRAINERS
Kasey first fell in love with yoga when she moved from Ohio to California in 2001. She is a nationally certified Yoga instructor and has worked as a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist for over 6 years. She teaches vinyasa-style Yoga, Mat Pilates and Total Body Conditioning. Her quirky sense of humor makes her classes unique, insightful and fun.
